hOW to use
HAIR - Known to strengthen hair, add sheen and promote growth. It may also help w/ itchy scalp and dandruff. Mix w/ water to form a paste and apply as a hair mask. Mix w/ other hair-loving oils/butters/aloe and apply as a deep conditioner. Infuse with a hair oil. This is a staple for the DIY HAIR girlies, get creative.
SKIN - Try it in your skincare routine. Mix it w/ yogurt and make a face mask. Add some to your skin scrubs. It is said to help tighten and nourish skin. Vitamin C and collagen go hand in hand making it a good look for skin.
SMOOTHIES - Amla tastes sour and can be bitter. Mix a scoop into your smoothies, teas, or juices.
